“The communication before the tour was terrible, and we ended up arriving at the meeting before 10. Others on the tour were the old a meeting time of 10:30 (they were on the same ship that my wife and I were on). we ended up waiting until 11:00 for 2 other couples that never showed up. The meeting point was in the port reception building, which was blistering hot (the feels like temp that day peaked at 107 degrees). The remainder of the tour was ok, but the haphazard start and lengthy wait really drained our energy and enthusiasm.”
